Swooners for Sales…

• The ability to work hard to achieve great results and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Be able to prospect among key decision makers to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and effectively present services and solutions

• Demonstrate the ability to engage prospects and manage customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle

• Responsibilities include cold-calling, generating new leads, following up on pre-established leads, and managing the decision making process with technical professionals

• You will be expected to grow an account base with a consultative approach, meet monthly revenue goals, identify new customers and develop long-lasting relationships to generate future business


• Staffing industry experience preferred – two to five years experience in business to business sales, ideally selling IT, Wireless and/or Technical staffing or recruiting services


• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university


• Sound skills in building relationships with new and existing clients

• The ability to work hard to achieve great results and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment

• Infectiously passionate about the benefits of the industry

• Represent the company with integrity and trustworthiness
