Announcing Jim Irwin as Swoon’s New Senior Director and Canada Market Lead

Big news from up north! We’re thrilled to announce that Jim Irwin has joined Swoon as our new Senior Director and Canada Market Lead!

From his very first conversations with the Swoon team, Jim was drawn to our culture—a blend of collaboration, support, and drive for growth. Now, he’s ready to take the reins of our Canadian division, leading our talented Toronto-based team and helping us expand our presence across the Canadian market.

So, what’s Jim excited about?

With 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and recruitment across North America, Jim has a proven track record of transforming teams and achieving impressive results. Whether it was building a thriving Creative and Digital team or turning a novice Canadian team into one of the largest North American markets, he knows how to make an impact.

But it’s not all business with Jim—he’s a fly-fishing enthusiast, a skilled woodworker, and a huge baseball fan (he’s been to 22 of the 30 MLB parks!). And let’s not forget his two rescue pups, Roscoe and Murphy, who keep him and his wife on their toes.
