We are an award-winning and fast-growing talent and consulting firm. With a strong presence in the US, this position will work with the Director of Marketing to build out our marketing initiatives from the ground up in the newly launched markets of Canada, Australia, and Mexico. This role is a balanced mix of strategy and execution—working with leaders to establish best practices and build out our marketing plan. This is a newly created position that has the potential for great growth opportunities as we continue to expand in these markets and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with Sr. Sales Directors and the Talent Acquisition Director to develop strategic marketing plans and identify opportunities in Canada, Australia and Mexico
  • Customize digital marketing approaches for each market
  • Understand our core target markets and where to find them
  • Find the marketing channels that work best in each market and build effective short- and long-term approaches
  • Manage the development of creative assets for international marketing campaigns
  • Develop and curate thought-leadership content to drive content marketing strategies
  • Assist with building our brand story and develop cross-culturally appropriate messaging
  • Design and implement demand generating activities, external PR, advertising and other campaigns in specific markets
  • Assist marketing coordinator with social media content and blogging
  • Sales enablement: develop materials, conduct market research and build strategies to improve company sales
  • Set budgets, quarterly plans and lead generation goals
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for directors and leadership teams

Looking for Candidates with:

  • A creative mindset– generating new and innovative ideas
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience  
  • Highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment with continual change
  • Basic video editing knowledge for promo videos and content creation preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Ability to remain positive and flexible as we continue to build out the marketing department in new markets
