Start Date: Sep 1, 2020
Must be US Citizen and pass IRS Public Trust (an active Public Trust is highly preferred!)
Our federal government client must replace the existing Contact Center Agent Desktop, Cisco CTIOS and IP blue, with Cisco Finesse as part of the TFCC / EIS transition. The CTIOS desktop product is past End of Life and End of Support commercially, and Cisco has only agreed to support CTIOS for the client as long as the Unified Contact Center Environment (UCCE) remains in a parent / child configuration. A key component to implementing TFCC / EIS in the Contact Center is flattening the UCCE into a single environment. When the transition to a single UCCE instance is complete (projected in December 2021), the client must be fully transitioned to the Finesse desktop.
- The developers must have skills in HTML, XML, and CCS, and have some experience and/or understanding in developing and delivering within an Agile SCRUM framework.
- Expertise with and knowledge of implementing Section 508 Web applications accessibility standards
- Knowledge and experience with the Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCE) and how Finesse and Finesse gadgets integrate with UCCE, Unity voicemail, and Identify Services (in support of single sign-on).
- The team members will operationally report to the client SCRUM Master and be members of the client’s self-directed integrated product team. The team members should be dedicated full-time to this activity. They will be required to occasionally travel to Dallas, TX (1-2 times a year, expensed) to meet with the development team when COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted. It is anticipated that travel will be required no more than twice per year.
